The Damni Dhokla is a steamed dhokla, made from a concoction of 5 dals with a filling of fresh green peas at the core. Just like our other dhoklas, this tangy treat is light and easy to eat. The mixture along with the green peas core means this dhokla is best enjoyed without any chutney.
